Videos.
Images.
Audio files.
Subtitle files.
Text.
Documents or other supported media.
These files may be temporarily stored and processed on KiTLabs servers to provide the requested functionality.

Depending on the feature, locally processed information may include:
Video files.
Image files.
Audio files.
Subtitle files.

AI model files and caches.
Data processed locally by the desktop application generally remains on your device unless a feature explicitly requires transmission to KiTLabs servers or a third-party service.

Depending on the approved permissions and functionality, this may include:

4. Server-Side Processing

Some KiTLabs web features require media files to be uploaded to KiTLabs servers.
When you use such features:
1.You select or provide content to KiTLabs.
2.The content is transmitted to the relevant KiTLabs processing infrastructure.
3.The content is processed to perform the requested operation.
4.Generated results may be made available for you to download or continue processing.

Server-side processing may involve third-party infrastructure or AI providers when necessary to provide a particular feature.
We do not claim that every uploaded file is processed exclusively on KiTLabs-owned hardware.

5. Desktop Processing

The KiTLabs desktop application may perform processing directly on your Windows computer.
Where a feature operates locally, the relevant media does not need to be uploaded to KiTLabs servers solely for that local processing.
However, some desktop features may require network communication with KiTLabs servers or third-party services.
The application will use network services when required by the functionality you choose to use.

6. TikTok Integration

KiTLabs may integrate with TikTok through TikTok's official APIs and authorization mechanisms.
When you connect your TikTok account, KiTLabs may process authorization information required to provide supported TikTok features.
For desktop publishing features, a video may be transmitted directly from your Windows computer to TikTok's systems when you initiate a publishing operation.
KiTLabs does not intentionally upload the video to KiTLabs servers solely for TikTok publishing when the desktop publishing workflow supports direct upload to TikTok.
TikTok independently processes information according to its own policies and terms.
KiTLabs does not control how TikTok processes information after it is transmitted to TikTok.

7. AI and Third-Party Services

Some KiTLabs features may use third-party services, APIs, AI models, cloud infrastructure, or processing providers.
Depending on the feature, information may be transmitted to such providers to perform tasks including:
Speech recognition.
Translation.
Text-to-speech.
Voice generation.
Image generation.
Video generation.
AI analysis.
Media processing.
Cloud infrastructure and storage.
The information transmitted to a third-party service depends on the feature being used.
Where appropriate, KiTLabs attempts to minimize the information transmitted to third-party services.
Third-party providers may have their own privacy policies and terms of service.

8. Video Downloading and Third-Party Content

KiTLabs may provide tools that allow users to download publicly accessible or otherwise accessible media from third-party platforms.

Applicable laws.
Copyright requirements.
Platform terms of service.
Privacy rights.
Other applicable rights and restrictions.
KiTLabs does not encourage copyright infringement or unauthorized redistribution of content.

KiTLabs does not intentionally share personal information with third parties for unrelated advertising purposes.

10. Data Retention

KiTLabs aims to retain user-provided content only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
For server-side media processing, uploaded files and generated processing files may be stored temporarily while a task is running or while results are being prepared.
Retention periods may vary depending on:
The feature being used.
Technical requirements.
Processing status.
Storage architecture.
Security requirements.
Legal obligations.
Some generated results may remain available for a limited period so that users can retrieve them.
We may retain limited technical records, such as logs, for longer when reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

11. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of KiTLabs by contacting us.
Where applicable, you may also delete files stored locally by the desktop application directly from your device.
For server-side content, temporary files may be automatically deleted according to the applicable retention process.
If you have connected a third-party account, you may also revoke KiTLabs' authorization through the relevant third-party platform.
Deletion requests may be subject to technical, legal, security, or legitimate operational requirements.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through KiTLabs.
These measures may include appropriate access controls, authentication mechanisms, encrypted communications, and other technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
However, no software, network, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device, accounts, credentials, and files.

The KiTLabs website may use cookies or similar technologies when necessary for functionality, authentication, security, preferences, or service operation.
If analytics or similar technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of KiTLabs after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
